Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from DIRTEE golf. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.


Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.


Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.




The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the receipt invoice from your email confirmation with your return. The invoice has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.


Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.




Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at and forward photos of any damage.


Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Shipping Policy



If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!


PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $7 reshipment along with providing an updated address.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe.


Orders are shipped out of Wentzville, Missouri. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays us processing orders. 


Shipping Policy


If your package is lost in transit please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.


**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.


We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
